A little rolly polly skin head cop white as a KKK sheet, had a young BLACK female Student pulled over and writing her a Merry Christmas Ticket. He must sure be proud of his New Lot in Life. I think the corn braids must have put him over Edge. Plus, it must have his first ticket. Took all most 15 minutes to write it.
