MARQUETTE — A 41-year-old Marquette man is facing multiple charges ranging from child sexually abusive activity to bestiality.
Stephen Andrew Waligore is being charged in Marquette County’s 96th District Court for the offenses, which allegedly occurred on Oct. 1.
Waligore’s charges include seven counts of child sexually abusive activity–aggravated, seven counts of using a computer to commit a crime and two counts of sodomy for sexual contact with a dog.
Using a computer to commit a crime carries a minimum of 20 years to life in prison, charges of child sexually abusive material are punishable by up to 25 years and sodomy carries a 50-year maximum.
A probable cause conference was held in court Wednesday and a preliminary exam has been scheduled for 2:30 p.m. Nov. 18.
Waligore also has cases pending in downstate Branch County and Tarrant County, Texas.
He is currently lodged in the Marquette County Jail.
